HAIR EXTENSIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Seamless1 South Africa will not take responsibility for any hair extension installations, maintenance, haircuts or colours done by any salon, hair hairdresser or hair extension specialist. Nor will we take responsibility if any Seamless1 hair extensions are installed at an unapproved salon or hairdresser. Nor will Seamless1 take resposibilty for work done by a salon or hairdresser who hasn't had formal Seamless1 training.

 

Note:

When ordering Seamless1 Hair Extensions through your salon/hairdresser, we will only exchange items within 2 – 3 days from the date the extensions are delivered to the salon/hairdresser. It is your salon/hairdresser’s responsibility to ensure that they order the correct quantity, length and colour. Seamless1 South Africa will not be held responsible for any wrong orders placed. The hair needs to be in its original packaging and in an unused condition. Courier rates will apply. We do not do exchanges on Seamless1 Hair Extensions that have been installed, cut, coloured or damaged (this being with heated styling tools).

 

Upon request, we will send any public consumer the contact details of our approved Seamless1 salons and hairdressers in their area, but are not held responsible for any work done by the approved Seamless1 salons/hairdressers. If you are not satisfied with the work of a salon/hairdresser, please contact them directly and discuss it with them. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us and we will refer you to another approved Seamless1 salon.

 

Swatch colours are merely indicative and actual colours may vary between batches. Seamless1 Hair Extensions require maintenance. Please use our Seamless1 aftercare range, which is specially-formulated for hair extensions. Use of other products is not recommended, with such use performed entirely at the customer’s own risk and Seamless1 will not be held liable if the recommended products are not used.

 

We advise that you use our After Care range, which is specially formulated for hair extensions. Please refer to our After Care Card.

 

REFUND POLICY

We have a no refund policy and we only do exchanges. No exchanges will be done if products are used on your hair extensions that is not recommended by Seamless1 South Africa. NO KERATIN/ PROTEIN is allowed to be used on human hair extensions.

 

Should any issue arise with your Seamless1 Hair Extensions, please notify your salon/hairdresser as well as our head office within 2-3 days (from the date of installation). Your salon/hairdresser must inform Seamless1 South Africa, in writing, if any problem occurs. Any challenges experienced by end customers must be managed by the approved Seamless1 salon/hairdresser, who has purchased the products from Seamless1. Seamless1 will only assist the Qualified Professionals in troubleshooting any challenges with products purchased directly from Seamless1.

Your salon/hairdresser will have to uninstall your Seamless1 Hair Extensions. Your hair extensions will then be sent to our head office for evaluation and inspection. If upon inspection, no factory fault is found, the hair extensions will be sent back to your salon/hairdresser. Seamless1 South Africa will not be held responsible for any courier costs or re-installation cost. Your salon/hairdresser will go through the aftercare guidelines to see why you were struggling with your hair.

 

COMPANY TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

By using the Seamless1 South Africa website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

If you have purchased the incorrect colour or length and would like to exchange it, please notify us within 2-3 days of receiving your order at sales@seamless1.co.za or 084 777 6475. Product returns to be made 2-3 day of purchase. Please provide us with your order number, date of purchase, colour and length of the product you would like to exchange it for. If we are not notified after 2-3 days of receiving your order, we will not accept any returns for exchanges.

 

No exchanges or refunds will be made, before the product/s have been received and inspected by the Seamless head office. Inspection is done to see if the product/s have been damaged or used. 

 

DELIVERY OF ORDERS

Please allow 3-5 business days

Rural and outlying areas take longer

 

  • Please note: Sometimes unforeseen circumstances happen and there might be a slight delay in delivering your order.

 

Seamless1 will not be held liable for delays when parcels are delivered. Once your order is placed and booked out with our courier services it is out of our hands. A tracking number can be provided to you, upon request.

 

Seamless1 will not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Seamless1 will also take no responsibility for the loss or damage of merchandise by a carrier handling the returned shipment.

 

All aftercare hair products (shampoos, conditioners, serums, etc. cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

If the incorrect delivery address or any other incorrect information is provided, Seamless1 will not be held liable.

 

ALL orders are strictly COD, which will need to be paid before deliveries leave the office. To ensure speedy service and delivery, please send your proof of payment to 084 777 6475 or sales@seamless1.co.za

 

•                Local delivery (Gauteng) charge for each order - R95

•                National delivery (rest of RSA) charge for each order - R150

•                Orders above R5000 will not attract any deliver charges

 

Fees regarding training & refresher courses:

Please note refreshers and training are free of charge. Please call in advance to book.

 

PRODUCT & CARE

Most of Seamless1 Products, especially the Tape Hair Extensions, Nail-Tip Hair Extensions, I-Tip Hair Extensions, Peptame System, and Keratin Treatments are professional products and must only be purchased and applied by qualified hairdressers. Seamless1 does not agree to the use of Seamless1 products outside their application by qualified and approved hairdressers/salons, and accepts no liability whatsoever for claims made by any third party using the products outside the specified purpose described above.

 

Seasmless1 will not be held accountable for hair that is not installed at an approved Seamless1 salon or hairdresser and are not liable for any defects, damages, or misuse of products. Seamless1 will also not be held responsible for any damage caused to your hair extensions, your own hair, or yourself, due to the improper installation or any work done by a salon, hair hairdresser or person.

 

Any challenges experienced by end customers must be managed by the approved Seamless1 salon/hairdresser, who has purchased the products from Seamless1. Seamless1 will only assist the Qualified Professionals in troubleshooting any challenges with products purchased directly from Seamless1.

 

If an incorrect colour or length is ordered, we will not exchange or refund the order, unless we are notified within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will not be held liable for incorrect orders placed.

 

Purchasing, installation and removal of products are between the salon/hairdresser and client. Seamless1 will not be held liable for any costs associated herewith.

Please note: The type of screen you use (laptop, computer, mobile phone, etc.) might have an influence on what you see on screen. Sunlight and brightness of a screen can also have a major impact. We have made every efforts to accurately display all our colours on our website. We cannot guarantee that the colours displayed are exactly the same as the actual colour of the hair extensions.

 

Ensure that orders are placed ahead of time (at least 48-72 hours). Sometimes there might be a delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances and Seamless1 cannot be held liable for this. We do not do one day before the time orders.

 

As we have no control and no way to verify hair care once the product is purchased, please ensure below warnings are read carefully prior to making a purchase:

  • Please select the colour carefully as we do refund if the wrong colour is selected (we will only exchange it).

  • We do not offer any warranty once the product is opened, used, cut coloured, chemically treated with unapproved products or damaged.

 

Seamless1 Hair extensions are delicate products made with premium materials and technologies. Providing the best care ensures best results. 

 

The period of time the extensions last depends on the wearer’s lifestyle, use of hot tools, daily brushes, products used and serum. Customers are reminded to be mindful of aftercare instructions and educate their clients to achieve the best results and maximise enjoyment of the product.

 

Once the product has been used or opened no claims or liability will be accepted to the fullest extent permissible by law. We are not responsible for any performance issues or any other issues which are not due to the quality of manufacture of the product.

 

Two waiver forms will be sent with your order. Both must be signed and a copy must be kept with the hairdresser for record keeping purposes. If this is not in order, Seamless1 will not be held liable for any paperwork that is not in order or displaced.

 

Please inform your salon/hairdresser if you are unhappy about the standard of work done, when using our products. Feel free notify us via email on sales@seamless1.co.za

 

Should a customer experience a problem with any Seamless1 product, Seamless1 reserves the right to request the products be returned to Seamless1’s head office for assessment and testing. No credit will be issued if the product is deemed okay by Seamless1.

 

Seamless1 will not be held liable for any skin reactions/irritations, allergic reactions, disability or death caused by products where the ingredients are marked on the packaging or ingredients of which Seamless1 South Africa was unaware of or not informed by, by the supplier or manufacturer. 

 

We reserve the right to cancel an order, should a specific product be put of stock. We will always provide you with a choice for a replacement product. If there is no replacement product we will refund the order amount paid via EFT. Please provide us with the correct banking details. Seamless1 will not be held liable for incorrect banking details received.

 

When you purchase any product, open and use this product from Seamless1 South Africa, you agree that you have read, understood and agree with our terms and conditions, this included the aftercare instructions provided by your salon/hairdresser and is also available on our website. Click here.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Intellectual Properties associated with Seamless1. the Seamless1 website and all information, documents, media, etc. found on the website, S1 and Peptame advertising materials, including but not limited to images, videos, logos, posters, banners and flyers etc, whether provided in soft or hard copies, remain the sole property of Seamless1 and must be returned to the company upon request. Customers must discontinue using the Seamless1, S1 and Peptame names, IPs, logos and images once their collaboration with Seamless1 has been terminated and/or as and when requested by Seamless1.

 

INFORMATION

To the fullest extent permissible by law, you agree that we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this website is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information, and should not be taken as expert information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

 

SALONS & HAIRDRESSERS OBLIGATIONS

Salons and hairdressers must ensure that their clients have read, understood, and signed Seamless1’s waiver form before application of Seamless1 extensions. They must also explain the aftercare process so clients can achieve the best enjoyment with their extensions. 

 

Failing that, the salons & hairdressers must manage any challenges their clients might have and Seamless1 accept no liability whatsoever when Seamless1’s recommended after are instructions are not followed and a waiver form is not signed.

 

Seamless1 will only guarantee the hair if the recommended after care instructions are adhered to.

 

TRAINING AND CANCELLATIONS

Please complete the salon application form, and send it to us, with the required documents, to sales@seamless1.co.za or 084 777 6475 before the day of training.

 

Seamless1 provides training to certain types of customers purchasing certain product packages. Should the customer cancel a training session more than 24 hours after booking it, Seamless1 remains at liberty to cancel the session without booking a replacement. In such cases, Customers forfeit their chance to a free training session, and Seamless1 may charge the Customer to book a new training. The cost will cover the trainer’s fees.

 

You will be required to arrange your own model on the day of your training. 

 

All photos and videos taken on the training day are allowed to be used by Seamless1 for marketing purposes.

 

Marketing materials given to you is confidential and protected by the copy wright laws. These materials are to be shared or used for other training purposes.
