All Intellectual Properties associated with Seamless1 SA, S1 and Peptame advertising materials, including but not limited to images, videos, logos, posters, banners and flyers etc, whether provided in soft or hard copies, remain the sole property of Seamless1 SA and must be returned to the company upon request. Customers must discontinue using the Seamless1 SA, S1 and Peptame names, IPs, logos and images once their collaboration with Seamless1 SA has been terminated and/or as and when requested by Seamless1 SA.


Swatch colours are merely indicative and actual colours may vary between batches. Seamless1 Hair Extensions require maintenance with Seamless1’s specially-formulated Haircare Range. Use of other products is not recommended, with such use performed entirely at the Customer’s own risk.


Hair extensions are delicate products and require special care. Customers are reminded to be mindful of aftercare instructions and educate their clients to achieve the best results and maximise enjoyment of the product.


Should a Customer experience a challenge with any Seamless1 Product, they must notify Seamless1 SA, within 7 days and fill in an After-Care Service Form, with as much details as possible to be returned to Seamless1 SA for assessment. Seamless1 SA reserves the right to request the Products be returned to Seamless1 SA’s warehouse for assessment and testing. No credit will be issued if the Product is deemed ok by Seamless1, or if the damage was due to the client not following Seamless1’s after care instructions.

Hair extensions ordered from our website will need to be installed by a professional hair salon/stylist. We advise that you go to an APPROVED Seamless1 salon/stylist (you can allocate your nearest approved salon under our salon locator). Any professional will charge you an installation fee (this fee is not included when you purchase it from us online and is therefor an additional fee). Hair extensions ordered from our website is provided "as is", without any warranty.

Seamless1 will not take any responsibility for hair extensions that were installed incorrectly or damaged during or after installation by a professional salon/stylist, that is not Seamless1 approved. We will also not take responsibility for damaged hair due to poor after care.

All our approved salons/stylist had training and therefor know how to install the extensions. They will also advise you on the after care instruction, to ensure that your hair extensions are well looked after.



Seamless1 provides training to certain types of customers, or customers purchasing certain product packages. Should the customer cancel a training session more than 24 hours after booking it, Seamless1 SA remains at liberty to cancel the session without booking a replacement. In such cases, customers forfeit their chance to a free training session, and Seamless1 SA may charge the customer to book a new training. The cost will cover the trainer’s fees, travel and accommodation costs, if applicable.
